Build an Online Store

Hi, I would like to build my web site with (Open Cart or Magento) depend on which one will support and ad value to my web site in the beginning. The site will be online store with multiple sellers, [login to view URL] is very similar to what I want. I will give some Examples. Example (1) Customer login to my store and he register with me to sell his/her products in my web site. He should fill his information to register after that he should confirm the email and the mobile number after that he can upload there items and all the updated items should com to the web site manager to review and approve and the manager should be appeal to write his comments if he reject like (Picture is not allowed, need more description,….etc) and it will go back to the seller to update and send back also if I approved then it will be published to the store and the customer should see it and can pay it. Example (2) Customer login to my store and he register with me to pay some items. He should fill his information to register after that he can add items to his cart and pay it once pay for it the request will go to the seller to confirm the availability of the item and once he confirm then my web site will generate for him the Aramex shipment information to be printed and once he confirm we should deduct the money from the customer. Only the Food items will have and expectation here in the flow it will be in below Example (3) Example (3) Customer login to my store and he register with me to pay Food. He should fill his information to register after that he can add items to his cart and confirm after that the request will go to the seller to confirm the that he can prepare the food in the same time and he can change the time or confirm the same time if he change the time the request will go to the customer to confirm if the new purposed time is ok with him or not if not he will reject the request will be canceled if he confirm then will deduct the money from his account and will send the request to the seller to prepare and ship with driver so the status should be done here manually by the seller because food will be allowed to ship only within the seller city by their driver. Requirements: 1. The web site should be more than friend to the search engine. 2. Full integration with Aramex shipment company even for tracking 3. Arabic and English interface and admin 4. Should have special flow for the Food sellers and requesters. 5. Should have very good performance 6. Should support all the payments methods 7. Should be very secure 8. The code should be written with high quality 9. I want an option for the sellers to pay money for me and will but there products in the first page. 10. Will agree on one year support agreement 24/7 with you 11. I will charge the seller’s fee % on each product will be sold through my web site and this function should be controlled by the web site manger disable/enable change the fee for each category or item. Last thing. There will be plenty on you if you deliver anything after the target date + there will be a good bounce for you if you are good and you deliver on time with quality.
