Build an Online Store

The purpose of this project is to built an online store with an eCommerce . The Momentum Program we need Includes: • eCommerce Website Design & Development • Website Hosting & Maintenance* • Customer Care • Payment Processing • Social Media Partnering • Search Engine Optimization • SMS & eMail Marketing • Catalog Photography** • Custom Creative Materials Design and layout / language RESPONSIVE INTERFACE We would like a responsive web design (RWD) crafted to provide the end user with the most optimal browsing experience, from smartphones to tablets, to desktop. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Professional, straight forward within basic customizations like logo and supported system fonts. Extra customizations would require additional scope and are not included. These can take many, many hours – depending on the complexity required. Wholesale focus Allow wholesale customers to peruse products and selections like retail customers (with no purchase ability). Product Exports: The system has full API available for all product fields. These will include additional fields like MPN, UPC, etc. 1. CSV file with image locations – can specify by category / by brand / product status 2. Ability to export product spreadsheets, customize them, export images. PRICING • Price will not be redlined / will be replaced by tier price. It will not say "wholesale" next to it, but it will not have a redline like a sale item. HIGH VOLUME ORDERS • Can easily add up to 500 of a SKU in the front end site, although most larger orders would follow EDI. EDI integrations billed on a case by case basis. Cost is TBD. Genesis ECP is able to provide near real-time syncing of data between channels and data sources, so that you can react with high confidence to changing inventory levels and ensure that re-orders occur when they need to. Inventory Management Capabilities: • Keep product information and inventory current • Manage order spikes without overselling what is in stock • Keep track of inventory levels • Manage orders flowing in from multiple channels • Handle seasonality & constant flux in the popularity of products • And then above all, keep the data synchronized accurately such that all the previously listed challenges don't become "problems" PRODUCT • Product has additional fields and abilities • Custom stock notifications i.e. "Product ships within 3-5 business days" • Can update pricing via admin or import / export • Can use the old variant IDs as an additional field for product i.e. MPN. Style number per style and UPCs should be used. Need to use current technology as opposed to adhering to variant id. • Can also download images, as well as product export.
