I have mentioned the timeline in days against every task.
1) Online Registration (5 days)
This will include the following basic functionality.
a. New Users will be able to register and create an account that has a username and password.
b. During registration, system will collect information such as name, address, email, credit card information, etc.
c. System will generate a confirmation email and send it to user. Once user clicks on confirmation email, their account will become active.
d. Option to register using Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
e. Ability to discontinue and blacklist members who violate any rules outlined in the Terms & Conditions, and/or Privacy Policy.
2) Billing System / E-Commerce (5 days)
a. Process monthly membership payments.
b. Automatically generate emails for:
i. Receipt of monthly payment
ii. Notify delinquent accounts to pay or be suspended or cancelled
iii. Notify for invalid credit cards. E.g., unable to process payment.
c. Ability to process refunds in special situations.
3) Live Chatting Online Class (10 days)
a. Live chat during class.
4) Help: Create a ticket to support group. (6 days)
