CSS Expert needed for shopping cart interface

We need a css expert to implement a shopping cart interface from design concept to html & css. The css code is already half way implemented for the home page and needs to be completed. We need someone that knows what they’re doing and can get it done faster. Important, understand the following, before bidding: - the design is in place and we want to have the site look as close as possible to this design (see attached image) - the shopping cart is hard-coded and the existing html can not be changed - html (incl. divs) can only be added inside the existing 3 column design (see demo store for html) - we need clean css code that's commented and is easy to read and modify (eg. background colours, etc) - once the home page design is done, we need these other pages adjusted to have the same design flow: Product Category page, Product Detail page, Checkout pages, Extra Content page - you will need to sign an nda and all copyright is retained by us - the demo site provided by vendor is here: [login to view URL] - some basic setup instruction from store front vendor: [login to view URL] - see attached image for current layout to be implemented - provide portfolio or 3x urls of work specifically showcasing your css expertise - more work on offer is all goes well PM if you have any questions.
