Convert a Template to a Website

Need a front end developer based in the United States Preferably in Los Angeles. This is for 4-6 week project (20-40 hours a week) to possible full-time job (that part is up to you) or less if you're really good at customization Working on the layout and development of backend admin user interface (customize purchased admin template) along with a front end user interface, user on-boarding process and social api integration of all social channels and rest APi's including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube (goes with Google+) LinkedIn and more. Experience in: - AngularJS - Design Skills Expert Level - Javascript - CSS - HTML - Bootstrap - Social Rest API integration and data pulling - 60 pages of wireframes (mostly using the same layout and look and feel) - Would love to customize out of the box admin template to meet my needs to save time Wire frames on 95% of this material are already complete. I need a developer who will work hard, not run up the hours for more money and work against tight deadlines and sprint dates.
