We have a flat .jpg image (in a psd file) of a girl guide that we want subtle animations added to (e.g a cinemagraph), to display on our website (desktop responsive). e.g. the eyes in the picture blink every couple of seconds, or the scarf blows in the wind, or the dress ripples/flutters in the wind. Currently, we'd like to trial this type of animation with 1 of our 6 images to see what the animation options are. If we like the animation and visual provided then we'd ask the designer/animator to animate the remaining 5 images we have. Brief: - The final animation needs to have a transparent background - The final animation needs to be exported in a compatible format so that it can be viewed on desktop and mobile devices (happy to receive your recommendations as to the format) - The final animation due to it being viewed on mobile devices shouldn't be overly large (file format wise)
