Customize an Magento e-commerce platform

I am sending you the detail of what we need to make the e-commerce platform. We have a platform developed and installed by Magento and we need to customize it and link API to one of our suppliers, we`re having this requirement in two phases: Phase 1: Design. The logo and brand identity of the page (Yellow Gives)(at this time we only have the logo placed in one of the Home available). Attached you`ll find a screen shot of how it should look like. Change the style and images in the main banner at Home V2 (attached image). At the top right of the website you will see the flags of the countries in which the store is displayed, place only in Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. Change all texts in English to Spanish (Mexico) and for Argentina make the adjustment too (they speak slightly different). Phase 2: Link to the API. Link to the suppliers API to feed the platform content, that is the database with the information of the products, prices, inventories, etc. Change the value in pesos of products to Point values, the formula is: 1 point for every 4 pesos, so the transfer is easy only divided by 4 the value in pesos and already has the value in Points .
