Data Analytics Web App Design

We are developing a REST based server to preform data analytics and we would like a simple, intuitive, user-friendly web application interface developed to interact with the server (e.g. viewing datasets, running analysis tasks, visualizing results using graphs and maps).
We are looking to outsource the development of the front-end only; we'll handle the task of getting the client to talk to the backend server. A mockup of client-side visualization and interaction are required.
We are looking for someone experienced in web application development who could get jump on immediately and help produce results quickly. The applicant should be competent in design of responsive and interactive interfaces. Applicants need to be proficient in:
- Javascript
- Javascript plotting
- Javascript mapping
- AngularJS
- ReactJS
- HTML and CSS (including Bootstrap)
- Web application design (typography, UI, UX, page layout, etc)
The application design should be fairly simple and intuitive, requiring few (if any) graphics, but it will incorporate various *interactive* data visualizations (e.g. line plots, histograms, maps with overlays, pivot tables) so experience with interactive visualization libraries is a must.
