Integration of a small number of Magento extensions and a few features

Hi, I would like someone to integrate a few extensions for me for my custom theme. List of the features I need: - I need to write "Shipping costs: Free". It should be written free if the product costs more than 50 €. If it costs less than 50 € than it should be written "Shipping costs: 4,50 €" - I would like an Estimated date of delivery on the product page. For example: "Estimated delivery: 17/07/2017". I use DHL courier for my shippings so 95 % of orders are delivered in 24 hours. So if someone buys before 15:00, the estimate delivery should be next day. Also you should take in consideration that DHL doesn't work on Saturdays, Sundays and festivities. So the date should be correct. - Also I want a box with a text written in it for pre-orders. (I've attached an image). - A link in every product page: "Do you have questions about this product?" and when a customer clicks on it, it should pop up a box with a form to fill. Form should have these fields: Product - it should be auto-filled (taking the product title), Name, Email, Information about the product. Please make an offer only if you are able to do all of these things.
