Building Windows Phone app (app keeps closing on startup when building in VS Express 2012 for Windows Phone, but no errors found)

I have developed many applications for Mobile phones , Web based applications, CMS, Websites, Online Ordering Systems and Database Managements Systems for Tablets and Desktops. I have just finished working on one windows phone app for one of the USA client. I did fix these kind of problems. Am confident that I can fix this issue in few hours.

Please provide project to review. Often ad-modules breaks when no main window found or something like this.
