Hi, I can do this using vb6 easily. To provide you a demo I need a sample .csv file and the access field names. If needed I can also do this using php so that you can access and export .csv to .mdb online. Any query will be appreciated.

CSV import will be stand alone Windows .NET 3.5 application with full import preview. Any additions to back-end database could be Access integrated or stand-alone. For reports and such I suggest ASP.NET web application – but if reports will be presented to only one person than we can go native Windows here too.

Although we are not in San Antonio, But while having sample data or logging in to ur workstation we can do the work , which we have done several times previously . We can even deliver in 3 days Regardsw
