C# code for a Data Collection and Search Website

We need a C# programmer to write codes to collect data using web form and search the data records based upon multiple criteria (fields). The data needs to be stored on SQL Server 2005 database. The database is already builted and the web pages has been designed. The database and the web pages are open to change if it is necessary. The code will be C#. We planned to immplement NHibernate based ORM(object relation management). We have started using MyGeneration to generate the data access object and need an expert to glue the pieces together. The data collection webpage uses AJAX panel control and contains one panel for general information and 7 sub panels. The page needs code to submit data to database. The review/update webpage needs code to display the records which are submitted by the current login user. Current login user can select a record to edit it. The data may be populated to the data collection page and edited there. Or the data can be listed and edited in a default gridview/detailview control. The search page needs code to handle query using a combination of different criteria (9 criteria). User may choose one or many criteria to search the database. The output needs to be displayed on either the current page or on a new popup. The output needs to be able to saved as excel file. A report page needs code to output dataset from predefined query.
