LEAD CPA, Tax accountant

***Not a one time gig*** Proximity to LA, California preferred. Exemplar Business team is growing and is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Lead CPA/ Partner experienced in tax preparation. [login to view URL] The Lead CPA/ Partner will proactively contribute to the growth of Exemplar Tax/Accounting and ramp up from PT to FT. Location: California (LA Ideal). This role need not report to the office, although should be accessible for customer meetings, team meetings, and team building. Technical Requirements: . Broad experience in tax corporate compliance and tax filling practices · Ability to prepare and review business tax returns including forms 1120, 1120S and 1065 (990 experience a plus) · Ability to prepare and review financial statements · Sufficient expertise to be able to help customers navigate IRS matters · Ability to provide Audit support · Experience acting as a controller · Experience with providing outstanding CFO support . Book of business is a +/ business integration options Qualifications: Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant Financial forecasting skill set In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations Expert with IRS matter Bachelor’s in accounting required 7+ years of corporate accounting experience Any Interest?
