Personal Finance Manager

Hello- I'm looking for a financial wiz who is highly skilled at setting up obtainable personal financial goals, game plans, spreadsheets and tracking for both the short and long term. I will be fine-tuning my personal finances as we go along for specific savings goals, but there are two main items I would like to save for first and foremost: 1) Retirement planning. I would like to set a plan for retirement by a certain age, with a certain fixed income and make tracking reports to hit those goals each week, month and year. 2) Buying property: I would like to buy a home. I have a guess as to the amount I will need for this, but would like to set up goals on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis as well. ....NEXT-- and this is MOST IMPORTANT: I want my savings for either of these to be high interest, compound savings obviously, but I don't want to "see" these two savings buckets as I am saving (in other words, I don't want to log into my checking/savings account each day and see that my funds are there and be tempted to spend it). That is key!! So... I need help in setting up these savings goals so that I can't necessarily access the money until my goals are reached. Make sense?
