What we need We are looking for a fantastic person to join our team remotely, and help us with our real estate trust accounting. Whilst a keen bookkeeping attribute is important, the ideal candidate will be able to work well on their own and with a remote team in Australia (Perth). Your job will involve you each day, remote accessing our system, receipting all rents, entering in all invoices, processing creditor and client payments for the director, and any other job roles that are associated with these tasks. We will provide you with access to our system on a limited capacity, along with consistent work flow which may increase if the right candidate can complete these tasks successfully. To apply, we require a cover letter with a summary about you, what you are doing now, why you think this role is the right one for you, (you must also add in your cover letter that you like the colour purple and eat bananas), and any previous relevant experience. We will pay for a licence of required programs to record your screen so you can record any questions that we can answer to help you learn on the process, and anything else we deem appropriate so that you may complete your tasks. We will provide: -Training on the software however we expect you will be self motivated to learn the systems and software through youtube and other resource sections. -Any required software (you will need a computer) -Frequent and clear communication -Weekly meetings with our Director Some of the software we use: -Rest (real estate software Australia) -Teamviewer - [login to view URL] -Macquarie Bank -FileSmart -Outlook / Word etc -Zoom meeting Not limited to All of this work is to be completed remotely at the direction of the Director. Must: -Detail oriented / Excellent attention to detail -Work autonomously -Be fluent in English -Have computer with Word, Excel, Email skills -Flexible working hours around our work requirements Please note, whilst you will have access to our trust account, you will not have access to any money for safety and security purposes.

I have a lot of experience as a Virtual Assistant, doing market research, bookkeeping, Social media, Word, Excel, Data Management and other related tasks. I have decent English and strong communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available FULL TIME as per Australian time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I think I am suitable for this job because all the task mentioned above, I am doing from a long time. I like the colour purple and to eat bananas. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Dear Sir, I like the the colour purple and eat bananas. Regarding my experience i have worked in Quickbook before for financial accounting. I do have excellent English and can communicate during weekly meeting with the director. As mentioned i already have some of the software like Teamviewer, MS Office, outlook but others i do not have right now. I am full time freelancer and can devote as much time as required.
