configure acelle mail with amazon SES API

Hi, I am an experienced system admin having expertise in different Linux servers. I have worked in many similar tasks before. I am expert in Laravel and the script you are using is build in Laravel. So I believe that you need to use AWS SES driver for amazon mail. I have configures ses driver for Laravel app before. I can do this job perfectly. Please let me know if you are interested.
