Your design looks similar to any Hybrid Cloud architecture. However, I've got couple of questions that will help me to quote a reasonable price. 1. If you want Direct Connect then why you need VPN Connection Gateway or vice versa? 2. Do you prefer to use Cloudformation to document your AWS resources? 3. Moreover, will you migrate the Windows & Ubuntu Image from OnPrem or does it needs to be configured on a fresh Ubuntu & Windows AMI? Cheers Jay

Hello there. I am glad to come across your project. For 5 years I was Project Engineer and Project Director for MSP. In that role I did nothing but AWS migrations projects. You need someone who is knowledgeable in various specialities and has performed similar migrations. I promise that there will not be more qualified candidate for this project than me. I know the amount of hours for planning and execution for a successful migration.I am more than willing to explain my price I have several questions.. Here is a quick step project outline. These are steps off the top of my head and can provide a more detailed plan. I am not the cheapest but you will have someone who has done this type of migrations a long time and will never leave a project until is complete.. 1). Perform inventory fo on-premise 2). Meet with client to verify migration path 2). Build out AWS infrastructure VPC, NAT, Route Tables, etc 4). Verified AWS Direct Connect to VPC 3). Perform security scan of settings 4). Setup and configure Instances and virtual disk 5). Fully patch all Operating Systems 6). Meet with client to discuss end user interruption and tolerance for each service. 7). Contact vendors if migration path is not found online for systems. Collect all licensing info needed from client 9).Install and configure server solutions. 10). Test,Test, Test 11). Coordinate cutover of services to cloud and any end user changes that our required. 12). Resolve Any and all migration issues. I

The project seems to simple. We were a hybrid architecture footprint with almost the same topology. You'd benefit not just finishing the project but also i'd terraform it so that it is easy for the business to manage it later. If possible, a reduced maintenance contract if anything needed in the future. Since this is my first freelancing project, i am quoting a lower price.
