AngularJS 1.x Project needs to be added as an dependency to another AngularJS 1.x project

Expected Delivery should consider below: 1. Shared current project (SAG-FC) needs to be upgraded to generate distributable version in github 2. SAG-FC from the dist should be injected via bower to another project SAG-F 3. While running SAG-F, it should load all the angular directives of SAG-FC properly 4. Proper documentation should be added to the ReadMe file on 'how to generate the dist'
