2D Character with Frame Animations

I would like to hire an illustrator that is able to create a SIDE ON 2D game character with running, jumping and dying animations. I will require the animation frames to be in separate PNG's and the character itself must be 250px tall to include detail. It will however be scaled down to suit my individual needs. The character I'm after is a child in a dinosaur costume with a moving tail when he runs and jumps. The back of the dinosaur costume must have spikes ([login to view URL]) and the child must have a dark green costume with a colour such as #515A2D and an appropriate texture. The character's costume must also get darker towards the bottom (a gradient), the spikes must be a lighter green or cream colour and finally the background needs to be transparent. The character will be imported into Unity3D and I will place the individual frames one after another to create an animated character.
