Someone with perfect understanding of flv encoding

I have lots of experience with editing and movie making but right now im seeking someone who can explain to me exactly how to take footage and convert it to flv format and retain as much of the quality without making the file too big. in addition someone with a clear understanding on sizing of movies and understanding swf players and so on I will give you a sample clip 1 minute long you will make it into a flv and tell me details as well as point out sizing information and so on ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
