I’d like help on an article that aims to explore the different rights and treatment EU CITIZENS and EU LONG TERM RESIDENTS WHO ARE NON-EU NATIONALS get if they move to another EU country. Please write the article by answering the below questions through your research.
- Please provide a summary of the rights and benefits (In terms of welfare and other rights) EU CITIZENS get in another EU country if they move to that other country
- Please provide a summary of the rights and benefits EU LONG TERM RESIDENTS who are NON EU NATIONALS they get if they move to another EU country (e.g. a Malaysian person living in Germany for more than 5 years and obtain long-term resident status and now he wants to move to France. So what rights/benefits does he get in France?)
- UK and Denmark have their own set of immigration and asylum policies and it appears they have different rules for the treatment and rights for long term residents who are non-EU nationals. What are their rules? Do they allow non-EU national EU long-term residents to enter, live and work freely in their countries? What’s the condition for doing so and what treatment/rights and benefits will they be entitled to after entering the country?
- What about UK and Denmark’s rules for rights and treatment for EU CITIZENS?
- Please conclude with the different rights and treatment between EU citizens and EU long terms residents (who are non-EU nationals) if they move to another EU country
