Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to create a customer success story showcasing customer satisfaction and return on investment. The target audience for this success story will be potential customers looking for proof of customer satisfaction and the benefits of our product.
We will be able to interview a current customer with proven success. The interview will be remote and led by us, collaborating with the freelance writer hired for the job. We will also collaborate on the preparations for the interview and suggest questions to include. The interview and additional data will serve as the foundation for the customer success story. Our aim is a well-written, factual but still enjoyable to read and inspirational, customer success story to be published on our blog. The target is 1500-2000 words, but this depends on how much material we get from the interview.
Optimally, the interview will take place the week of December 4th, and the article needs to be ready for publishing no later than December 15th.
Skills and Experience Ideal for this Job:
- Experience in writing compelling and engaging written articles
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our product
- Strong storytelling skills to highlight customer satisfaction and problem-solving capabilities

The customer success story will be presented as a written article in our blog, so the ideal freelancer should have excellent writing skills and be able to create informative, persuasive, and engaging content. The article should demonstrate the problem-solving capabilities of our product and highlight specific customer experiences and satisfaction.
