Healthcare Research and Innovation Subject Matter Expert

I am looking for a healthcare expert (with particular interest in health plans) that has skills in research and either a history of being in the field, working as a VC, or part of a think tank etc. as well as program / process management experience. This is for a project where we’ll be conducting healthcare “sensing” research specifically focused on the cost of care. Tasks performed by the freelancer on a weekly basis (5 hours max a week): - Define ontology / methodology for researching content and specific areas to focus on around the cost of care - Provide insight into the best research platforms and newsletters to get content from - Use a platform such as AskWonder to have them conduct the research tasks (required skills include asking good questions, and quality checking content researched) - Pull together key content / rank research results - Work with a designer to put the content into a highly visual and engaging template to distribute to a large health plan (this is more of a first time task and then will be automatic after week one)
