I need a Research Biologist

I am looking for someone who can scientifically validate the following claim from the 1900-1920s from a faith healer. Do not focus on the claim that they are a faith healer, that is irrelevant to the project, but rather fact check that it would be possible to conduct the experiment the faith healer suggests. I therefore want to know: a. Would the bubonic plague (the stated sickness in this case) cause foam in the lung b. Would it be possible to view the sample and determine whether the bubonic bacteria was alive c. Would it be possible to take a sample of the plague (in the form of the alleged foam), place it on someone's hand, and view it on the hand through a microscope as to determine whether the bacteria is alive. The following is the statement from the faith healer: "He asked, “Don’t you think that you had better use our preventatives?” I [faith healer] replied, “No, but doctor I think that you would like to experiment with me. If you will go over to one of these dead people and take the foam that comes out of their lungs after death, then put it under the microscope you will see masses of living germs. You will find they are alive until a reasonable time after a man is dead. You can fill my hand with them and I will keep it under the microscope, and instead of these germs remaining alive, they will die instantly.” They tried it and found it was true." I am looking for scientific proofs and evidence. I therefore need reputable references for any claims made. A simple yes/no to the points will not suffice. I need to be able to fact check your research.
