Basic Requirements 1. Very good written English 2. Proactive and independent news hunter 3. Fast and competition driven Job Description: We represent a US based media company and we are looking for a part-time or full time news writer for Hollywood, Celebrity news, Sports News and certain categories news for one of our clients operating a news platform in IO region. Conditions of the work below. 1. You must be proactive and be able to search and monitor for breaking news everyday on your own. News must be sent in between 9:00 to 22:00 (Your local time) - Since breaking news has no definite time, you will be free to monitor and write and publish at anytime between the time mentioned above. However note that you must not be late by more than 3 hours in reporting a news. We need fresh news. Eg, if you find a news worth reporting but it's about 2 days ago, that's no more news for us. 2. We need 10 short news of about 220 - 300 words each everyday. Preference for news selection is about US audience, and other anglophonic countries. After the successful trial period, your daily limit may increase or decrease. 3. Write original articles. We will proofread and copyscape scan every article. If ever we find that you have been RECYCLING articles using automatic softwares, or worse, simply copying exact text from other sources, this job contract will be cancelled. Of course you are allowed to check various sources online for news but you will have to rewrite in GOOD ENGLISH before publishing on our platform. 5. Pay is fixed USD 100 per month (Approx Rs 6200). This is a perfect opportunity for any writer who want to spare some 3-4 hours a day for this job and earn an additional revenue. Writing 10 articles of 220-300 words each must not take more than the overall time above. You can be doing your full time job while doing this job too. If successful with the trial, you will be hired permanently with higher payrates, and more work, if you want to take this up for full time. How to apply: Please PM with sample of your work.
