449480 Catalyst dnn 2 sites psds chopped up and put in.

My client purchanse catalyst dnn. I need 2 psds designs chopped up and put into that framework. So it's 2 different sites. I need this done in 2 weeks or less. I also will have some mods needs to the designs once they are put in, but that will be minor cosmetic stuff. So you must agree to that. And you'll have to connect it to the merchant account and what not. I'm willing to pay $150 for this work $75 for each site. For the project we require you to give us daily updates (excluding Sunday). Those updates will describe what you did yesterday, what you did today, and what issues you are having. It is vital you email us atleast once a day.. Even a few paragraphs just answering these questions is fine. The main reason behind this once a day emails (literally 5 minutes of your time doing them) is to avoid the programmers who disappear for days or weeks at at time. So if don't get 1 email a day with the updates mon-friday saying what you did yesterday, what you did today, and what issues you are having. It's 5 minutes of work, if you can't do that you are just to busy and I'm not interesed in work with you. So you'll get 2 warnings to give daily updates, if you don't do that then you are off the project. Each week I get about 5 programmers who come up with 1 of these 3 excuses: 1. My power was off/I couldn't get an internet connection. If this is the case go to an internet cafe. This one is so common I think that it's taught now in schools to say that when you are busy :) 2. I had a death in the family. Why this one is big is that everyone who seems to have a death in the family will go missing for about a week. A funeral takes about day. So missing work for a week because of that is not okay. Especially when you can simply email me telling me that you have to go to a funeral and someone died. I only hear about the death at the end when they come back after being missing for a week. You know with your job or a job would you just not call in to say you are going to a funeral, let a lone a week long funeral. You would instantly get fired from that job for missing a week of work without them know where you are. 3. Illnessed. I get that people get sick, but you have to email me when you get sick and the next day. It's not fine to email me 3-4 days later when you are fine. I mean you can go to your computer and email me saying "i'm sick today with something. I can't work today. It's just like you would do for a job. So back to the daily updates (excluding Sunday). By accepting the project you agree to that and forfeit the escrow. If someone has done maybe half of the work but disappears. A lot times I'll pay them for their work, but will move on to some other programmer. But I don't have to pay them anything. As you are agreeing to forfeit the escrow for violating the terms. I normally won't not pay that person anything unless they are rude but I have the right too. I mean if you can't take 2 minutes out of your time to email me saying. “I added contact form yesterday, made the profile page work today, and had not issues.” I can be that simple. Some other notes: I don't really chat on skype or gmail. It's best to just email me questions. I respond very quickly and am up very late. For thing with attachments just send me them via my email. My projects start out lower pay as I can't know who's good and who's not. It sometimes takes 1-3 projects to see if they have what it takes and are reliable. With reliable programmer s I hire them outside of the freelance type sites. I use these sites to get new programming experts so I can get new talent. I start out with a low project fee, but raise it with reliability, up to $20,000 for a project. I get 20-30 projects a week I post on here alone, it's near 50 projects if you include design projects. Sadly only about 10 % live up to what I'm looking for and want to continue with the bigger clients. 90% on here don't meet the deadline, and every worse is the ones that disappear for days. You have to show me what you are made of for me to give you the bigger projects. This site is just stepping stone to get new talent. Think of it like an interview. We had 300 new project last year from new clients and 1000 from existing ones. So your growth is based on you.
