Hello. I am freelance event CAD draughts person based in the UK. I had a look at the example site plan you posted on the proposal. If you want to have a accurate CAD drawing of the Apps Court Farm site you will first need to purchase a licensed copy of the OS Master Map data in DWG format. This will cost you in the region of £ 350 inc VAT. The cost of this is not inlcuded in my bid proposal. I can produce this plan in two formats. Firstly, in 2D as a DWG file. This is useful if you want have your supplier contractors to add their own detail to the plan as separate layers. Secondly, as an additional project, in 3D using SketchUp which allows you to visualise the layout. Both of these format allow export to PDF for sharing the plan. I have on file a complete range of CAD site blocks, such as Hoarding Fence, Heras Fence, Ped Fence, Mojo Barrier, Trackway, Toilet Blocks, Marquee Structures, Trussing and Stage Structures. I would be happy once the original plan has been created, to continue to amend the drawing as an ongoing Freelancer project. Prior to build I can recommend a event setting out contractor who can use the DWG site plan in conjunction with GPS to produce accurate site mark out.
