The deadline would be 2 weeks
the only thing is that the designs would have to be done by a licensed engineer/architect in Canada as they need to be stamped
We are looking to have designs done for a commercial property that we are looking to convert in to a quick-service restaurant in Woodstock, ON.
These drawings would have to include all necessary info required in order to obtain a building permit from the city.
We would be making one external adjustment and the rest would be internal.
The work to be done is as follows:
Exterior:
- changing main accessibility entrance from where it currently is to the second entrance
Interior:
- constructing a partition to separate back room from the front of house
- removing existing flooring and installing new flooring throughout
- installing plumbing and electrical required for the kitchen and main bar area
- installing a bar and customer facing counter
- installing booth seating for customers
- installing a bar table along the window for customer use
- removing existing tile and installing new tile in customer washroom
- updating the sink in the customer washroom
I’ve attached the original building plans from when the property was constructed in 2018 and the prosed interior plans.
