Hello. I'm looking for a reliable freelance landscape/architect designer to help out with technical expertise on a residential home build project. The build will take place in NOV/DEC 2021 on a flat 48-acre lot in the high desert of Northern Nevada, USA. As the owners, we will be working with local qualified architects to design the house. A General Contractor firm will coordinate the execution of the plans. At this point, our goal is to connect with a freelancer resource that can assist with bringing the various elements of landscape, building structure(s), and utilities access into clearer focus with flexible 3-D design/landscape modeling software.
The project will involve the review and selection of the best design tool(s) for the job. Upload appropriate topography/plat/land survey information to create a real-life working model of our 49-acre lot. Addition of proposed building structures, driveway access, and known utility points. Based on collaboration with the client, creation of key landscape & garden elements. Ongoing support of adding and amending key information until a feasible design is created.
At that point, depending on the freelancer's availability and the software selected, the project can be transferred to the client for ongoing efforts. Or, the freelancer can stay on retainer to assist with edits.
