A2billing, setup extensions Asterisk Trixbox

I have a working a2billing however when I create an extension with some context it works but does not bill in a2b with some context it does not work

I want Sip and Iax extensions to work in a2b

I want that sip and iax extension not to get voiceprompt for balance etc but cards must continue to exist as is
