Write an messenger for Android and Iphone and prepare server to run it.

We are seeking someone to write a basic 2 way chat software which we can easily add features to. Software must be published to app store and android market. We will provide linux server for back end. Open source core is preferred. The basics are: User downloads the app User creates a username and password and a 4 digit pin. User is is assigned an 6 alpha numeric id. - this id must be unique. Other party adds them as a contact using the alpha numeric id. when a contact request is sent the party receiving the request must approve it. With the request a note may be sent. Allow picture transfer but there will be an auto del after read. Text messages will be an auto del after read, in settings. User will login the first time using username and pass and future login on the same device can be done by the 4 digit pin created. 4 digit pin can be changed in settings. If user forgot the 4 digit pin they can log in with username and password again and change the pin in settings. A few more features are needed and will be discussed in private messages.
