2nd floor office space design - repost 2

I have a newly built 2nd floor Open plan Office space at Sector 3, Uttra, Dhaka, for which we would like you to submit 3D drawings for the interior and the exterior. Enclosed: Ground floor parking, Apartment floor plan, Building photo and floor plan. Concept: Space needs to include interconnected Cafe lounge, Open plan office for thirty staff, Video production studio, En suit Room for guest, ToiletsC Buildings we like: Exterior: 1 Hyde park and Interior: Manchester University Students Union. The exterior should be iconic, modern and blend with the building ( Translucent style ). Interior needs to be minimalistic, modern & practical ( Muji style ) Please follow concept of Eco friendly, sustainability and user-friendly.
