I Need building plans for a custom family home in my home state of Michigan for a fair price. (This will require knowledge of building codes in Michigan State USA) I have done the floorplan to what we hope to achieve and even side elevations. I have some images of how I intend the exterior to finally look like. The maximum size of the house will be 3499sqf (It cannot be above this because of sealing requirements for anything 3500 and above) I know the dimension of the site and also have a plat map that may help with the site plan. I am hoping you could take my mockup floor plan, and elevation and give me a complete building plan which I can use to apply for a building permit. The right person will be working very closely with me constantly as this is a custom home and I know exactly what I want. Plans to must include
1. Foundation Plan (Crawl Space) - The foundation plan will show the crawl space. Typically this includes the footing layout, post and beams etc
2. Floor Plan(s) - Dimensioned plans indicating the layout of rooms, walls, doors, and windows.
3. Roof Plan - describe the elements that make up the roof. The roof plan should illustrate ridges, valleys, and hips.
4. Exterior Elevation (Wood Framing 2x6 (10 ft) walls) - Please indicate the materials for the walls, roof, and other elements that are part of the home.
5. Building Section(s) - Please include a cut-away view through the house that show adjacencies of spaces. Show the relationship the ground to the house and the roof.
6. Electrical Plan(s) - Indicate the location of lighting fixtures, switches and outlets, showing lighting design intent and layout.
7. Site Plan
8. Realistic 3D renderings
I will require PDFs and most importantly Computer Aided Design (CAD) files.
