Simple iPhone App

Hello Developers, I am posting a project that I need done asap. Below are the requirements. READ before you bid! - App must work with 3.0 iPhone OS and below, because Apple does not accept apps that aren't compatible with 3.0 now. - I will pay escrow after the app is made and accepted into the app store. - My budget is strictly under $500 and need done within 1-2 weeks. - I will get full rights to all files of the app after it is made, and I will need an email from you just to have documentation from you that the app is mine. What the app will need: This app is pretty much a simple concept if you are an experienced developer. You will open up the app and you are presented with a picture that I will provide. The picture will stay there for the entire app. You will shake the iPhone or iPod Touch and a bubble type image is presented with text inside it. Pretty much like facts inside those bubbles. There will be around 100-200 different text bubbles that randomize every time you shake the iPhone. Also, when you shake it you will hear a sound that you can provide. All facts should transition smoothly when you shake. There will also be a small info button that the user can press and it will bring them to another screen which should transition smoothly. In that "info" screen it will just tell them a bit about the app that I will provide and an email link that users can click and it will open up the "Mail" app and start an email to me. The last feature in the app is a tab in the bottom probably titled "Twitter" where you will be able to see all the recent tweets from Twitter that users type in "summer" some where in there tweet. That means you should also be familiar with Twitter's API's. If you are not familiar with Twitter API's but can do all of the above except the "twitter" tab then we can do something else in the app that you suggest in exchange for that.
