Show me how to connect my 2 trading Platforms Sterling Trader Pro and S#

I have 2 platforms I am working with, Sterling Trader Pro, with is a Trading Platform to execute Stocks Trades and get Quotes online ( [login to view URL] ). The second platform is S# Designer ( [login to view URL] ) which is supposed to design Trading Strategies and then communicate with the other platform, Sterling, to actually Execute this Trades.

I have read on their website that they are a free platform for private traders like myself and that they do Support Sterling ( [login to view URL] )

But I am having a hard time trying to connect them together, and I would appreciate and pay for help from someone more knowledgeable on this integration part of it.

So, I am looking for a freelancer who can do the job of connecting the platforms together, I will give you my passwords to both platforms and once you have it figured out, you will create a video explaining step by step how to do it, so i can do it on my own in my computer.

The job is considered successful when S# Platform is able to read quotes from Sterling as well as send trade orders to buy and sell stocks on my computer.
