Add animations in unity to make augmented reality

I want an augmented reality app which includes an input table where user will enter data like temperature etc and 3d model should animate as if it behaves in that temperature. My 3d model is bacteria. Each data i will provide. Only need to add input panel in unity and change animation as per the entered data
