ASP.NET Web API and security Mgt

I need to develop some API and the security of accessing those API I need ASP.NET Web API developed for basic API crud operations. I have an existing database with 5 tables - Each table has an average of 7 fields. For each table, I need the following APIs 1. Return a list of <<table contents>> filtered by a defined condition. E.g where field value is equal a defined value 2. Find a record and view details of record on <<table>> based on input value or field heading – e.g ID or Name 3. Add new record into <<table>> 4. Update existing record within <<table>> I will provide access to database and tables required I need the APIs in two formats – JSON and XML I will provide the URL naming convention for each API for you to follow I will need API help pages to be automatically created as per Microsoft aspnet web api I need to also develop a user management system that will allow the management of user accounts including usernames and passwords. Only account details added in system are allowed to have access to using the APIs. This means that this tool will allow the adding and listing of each API you have created and also allow defining which users should have access to the API I don’t know much about API security so I will rely on your expertise to help do it nicely and well secure.
