I can implement Augmented Reality in Unity 3D using Vuforia, using "Image Target" or "Ground Plane". I have already an App using ImageTarget on Google Play Store. You can download and try my app "Koala AR". Just select "Australian Animals on Poker", and point the camera to "7 of hearts" card from a poker set. I can take care all of the features part.
