Animal cartoons

I am looking for a talented artist to create a series of under the sea animal cartoons for a pre-school age audience.
Animals:
- The cartoons will feature various under the sea animals such as whales, crabs, turtles, and starfish.
Theme/Storyline:
- the design needs to be simple as is going to be printed onto a product for the beach. All designs are outlines only (see pictures for details) they will be printed on a product as outlined cartoons in white with different coloured backgrounds.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong, simple and for small children illustration skills to bring the under the sea animals to life.
- Experience in creating cartoons for young children.
- Creativity to develop engaging storylines and characters.
- Ability to create visually and aesthetically appealing artwork.
