Sigma Resources is a consulting firm focused on Agile application development, business analytics, and mobile technologies.
We are looking to continually develop, enhance, and modify our processing of screening and vetting prospective employees
Our goal is to develop a set of 15-20 technical interview questions for each of the following skill sets:
Build/Release-Configuration Management Methodology - Must be able to be applied across various Build/Release tools and platforms
Questions should meet the following criteria:
• Must be able to effectively determine an individual’s practical real world experience with respect to the given technology and concepts/tools thereof
• Must be easily communicated by a non-technical individual over the phone
• Must be easily understood by the candidate over the phone
• Answers must be specific and not open to interpretation
• Answer must not be easily found on a search engine

Design and implemented Configuration and Build Management process at Program levels.
Have good knowledge on various version control and Build tools (both open source and licensed).
Have conducted internal training on Configuration build and deployment management in my current and previous organisation.
Have taken L1 interviews for junior positions in my current and previous organisation.
ITIL (2011 Edition) Foundation certified.
Have working experience on the below listed area -

Build and Deployment Management
Environment Management
