Fulltime SEO Specialist

I currently own an online advertising agency and am hiring an SEO account manager. I need someone who is excellent at writing and speaking english. This will be SEO centric work that deals with SEO strategy, link building, coordinating with our content writers for distribution, handling SEO reporting and some WordPress-related tasks. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable using and learning SEO software programs such as SEOmoz, SE Nuke, Article Marketing Robot, Majestic SEO, SpyFu and others. I am seeking someone to work full-time (40 hours per week) from home and am requesting that whoever I hire is interested in only working for my company and not have other freelance projects on the side. I require this so you are 100% focused on this job and this company. It is my goal to hire someone who is willing to work hard and learn quickly in a rapidly growing company with tons of opportunity for growth. I've worked in marketing at Microsoft prior to starting this agency - and I'm looking to train someone on the process I've built out who is able and willing to learn quickly and efficiently. We currently manage around 40 clients but are growing every month and anticipate that we will be adding around 5 to 10 new clients every month. We have a pretty strong team that included content writers, link builders, designers, programmers, SEO specialists and myself who oversees operations and my business partner who manages business development. However, I'm in need of someone that can take over a lot of the strategy and link building process as we continue to grow this program.
