Scale Weight Stabilization

Issue: We need to get stabilized weight from the scale using HX711 module with ESP32 on the C or C++ language. Target/Payment: We will cross through balance twenty times and the weight will must to be the same with stabilization to release the payment. Mandatory 1: We believe that you had had experience with how to stabilize weight on the scale before. Mandatory 2: Show us your repository before with your code that have you used to solve similares problems. FAQ: 1 - We have a livestock scale with four load cells on two load bars all the load cells are connect on the junkbox; 2 - Only one cable is connect on the ESP32; 3 - We are using the suchs port GPIO12 and GPIO36 on the Heltec ESP32; 4 - We will be stopped above the scale to get the weight; Electrical hardware schematic If you don't have ESP32 LORA HELTEC you can use: normal ESP32 we will test on the GPIO12 and GPIO36 described in the picture below.
