Wordpress instance that creates and then serves as own tools reposityory for other child instance -- 2

hi, i wuold like to build a wordpress repository accessible to only authorized wordpress instances (by a wp plugin we can list, filter by category, install and activate all repository tools). This repo have to be automatically created and update based on the tools installed on a "master" wordpress instance where: - we download, install and register (if it's required so we can get updates) plugins and themes in a normal way without need to active it (first issue: update and register not activated tools) - update all tools in manual or automaic way (when possible) So after each update (of a plugin or a theme) on "master wordpress instance" the repository have to be automatically updated (second issue: after each update we have to create an archive file and update the list of the repository tools with the new versions). So script have to check if there's a new version tool, make a copy of tool foolder, change repository reference (with reference to my wordpress repository), create the zip file of the tool and update the repository. On the wp child instance we have to install a plugin for the connection with the repository as we can do with wordpress repository :"Plugin → Add New Plugin ...." Another issue will be to connect the thirds part repository on “master wp instance" without activate them. Naturally if i add a plugin on the master wordpress instance in a manual way (Es. by wp backend or ftp) this new tools will have to be included in the repository.
