• Vat Calculation & deposited on monthly basis & filling return Quarterly with Company C.A. • Handling VAT of Delhi, West Bengal,Odisha & Maharashtra States. • Maintaining & Reconciliation of all Payable & Receivable Accounts of pan India basis. • Bank Reconciliation & Interaction with Bank or other agencies for day-to-day activities • Correspondence with Branches & Customers for day by day activity. • Services Tax calculation & deposit on monthly basis, preparation Quarterly return with Company C.A. • TDS calculation & Deposit on monthly basis or preparation Quarterly returns with Company C.A • Professionals Tax (Applicable Mumbai & Kolkata branches) calculation & Deposit on Quarterly basis. • Monthly Cash / Bank confirmation and Fund Management for all branches. • Salary Preparation & send bank for Disbursement in respective bank accounts. • Book Closing on Monthly Basis. • Provide MIS details on monthly basis. • Preparing foreign payment documents to foreign vendor’s payment. • Prepare Export invoices. • Issuing Dr/Cr Note to Vendors • Submit Business Report in Bank on Quarterly basis. • Handling Petty Cash. • All Statutory, Financial & Accounting work Compliances through SAP. • Business Master Data Creation in SAP. • Prepare Bank Guarantee.
