I have 2 documents. They are 1 page powerpoint file and 1 page word document file. I need both of these pages to be put into 2 seperate PDFs which the user can enter data into by clicking on the boxes (just numbers/text), save the file to their local hard drive, email the file, or print the file with entered data.
THere may be requirement for small design to make it look better but nothing major in that way.
I need it done fast and cheap.
the PPT file has about 40 input fields (mostly tick offs) and the word file has about 50 all entering numbers.
