Data Entry for Travel Website

We are looking for someone to assist us in adding information to our upcoming tour website. Lost In [login to view URL] lists tours from across asia into one online website where we promote and sell each tour to travellers. We need someone to help us take information from the original operators websites and transfer that exact information onto our website. Overall there are approximately are 200-300 tours to be added. Though, the hired freelancer will have the option to continue contracting out to us on a regular basis. Attached is a video which quickly demonstrates the process of adding a tour to the website. The areas of information that need to be added for each new tour are: - Titles - Introductions / Summary - Departure dates and discounted departure dates - Prices and discounts - Itinerary - Whats included - Maps ( to be supplied ) - Custom URLS Sections which will be templated are: - Main image - Trip Info / FAQ - Media - Extras - What to bring The hired freelancer will be in charge of adding new tours to the website using a list of tours and links provided by us. This is basically a copy and paste job. Each different tour is run by a different operator which needs to reflect in each new tour. Areas like FAQ and media change from operator to operator. Templated tours pages for each operator will be supplied by us to duplicate and replace the necessary information. Maps and images will also be supplied. All texts including itinerary and introductions should follow the same paragraph styles as demonstrated on our sister website [login to view URL] Upon acceptance of assignment, the hired freelancer will receive further instructions ( if necessary ), new login for website to add tours and supporting documents. We would like to hire someone on an hourly rate so please bid accordingly. Each tour should take approx 10-15 minutes to add.
