Notified Of the Sign Up (New Client) 2. Review the Data a. Start By Picking diet Type From a drop Menu(Cutting Carb Cycle, Bulking Carb Cycle, Keto, Low Carb, High Carb, Balanced) b. Pick How many Meals a day after calculation the Macros c. Splitting them into the Meal and adjusting macros d.
