Abdul is a multi-skilled technical expert in development sector with 20 years of experiences in program planning, strategies and management, project implementation, data management, strategic communications and advocacy with national, international organizations, UN agency and World Bank project. M.Phil. in Rural Development and Economics from Gandhigram Rural University is his educational background. Abdul’s work has substantial impact on policy and strategies of organizations.
