I suggest to use MS Access on your inventory and delivery management because MS Excel is limited in handling records and I believe that it is not design for database application. But I assure you I can help make your database just give me the table and data to appear on each table you needed. I will make simple and usable for you.

I would propose to make an Access data base for you which will be much more effective in tracking your inventory as well we your customers. There would be three tables as under: 1. Products / items - list of all type of marble / granite you store (this could be categorized as per size , color, supplier, etc.) 2. Customers - all details of customers 3. Inventory transaction - this will be having details of incoming as well as outgoing inventories 4. You can also have one more table to keep details of your suppliers If you have an excel sheet with current data, I can create necessary tables from these sheets and make a prefect database to suit your requirements. You can also do then some analysis of your products e.g. which product is moving fast, which is slow moving, etc. your future orders can also be planned based on such analysis. Database will have a lot of possibilities to enhance your business.
