Our client a well known Nonprofit here in the city is looking for an Administrative Assistant to report into the Chief Information Officer on a CONTRACT TO HIRE basis. This individual will be responsible for: • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages. • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by other Executive Team members, department, and Office of the CEO. • Helping prepare for meetings. • Using various software, including MS Office, SharePoint and other cloud based programs. • Making travel arrangements for executives. • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. • Provide general administrative support
